Are you a human resource professional interested in earning the most respected certification in the human resource field? Are you a manager that needs in-depth knowledge, but not certification, in human resource management? If so, this program is designed for you. This rigorous ten-week, one night per week or intensive 3-day program is the first step in laying the foundation to prepare you for the PHR® (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR® (Senior Professional in Human Resources) Certification exams. In addition, students will gain a solid foundation and the comprehensive knowledge needed to effectively manage the HR challenges in today's demanding workplace. The SHRM Learning System® is offered in cooperation in the Society for Human Resource Management.

Courseware
The courseware reflects the body-of-knowledge tested by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for the PHR® and SPHR® levels of certification. The course, however, does not guarantee or ensure success on the HRCI exam. This program will give a solid foundation in the preparation to take the exams.

**SPHR CANDIDATES ONLY, now have the opportunity to take the SHRM Learning System® in a three-day intensive format. The intensive format assumes that students have a solid foundation (a minimum of five years experience) in Human Resource Management.
